MatchHead LLC ("MatchHead", "we") operates match-head.com. This policy explains what we collect when you ask to be matched with a contractor, what we do with it, and how you can make us stop.

What we collect

When you complete the project form, you give us:

• Your name, phone number and, if you choose, your email address
• Your ZIP code and whether you own or rent the property
• Details of the work you want done — type, scope, size and timing

We also record the date, time and IP address at which you gave consent to be contacted, and which advertisement or link brought you to us. Our site uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure which advertisements lead to enquiries.

What we do with it

We use your details to match your project with one or more independent contractors in our network and to pass your request to them so they can quote. We may contact you ourselves to confirm details before we do that.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the specific contractors we match you with, and with the service providers who host our site and database.

Calls and texts

By ticking the consent box you agree that MatchHead and the contractors we match you with may call or text you about your project, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. To stop calls, tell us or the contractor directly, or email the address below.

How long we keep it

We keep project enquiries and the consent record for as long as we need them to run the service and to show that consent was given — normally four years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within thirty days.

Children

Our service is for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
